Embezzlement Lawsuit: Erika Jayne Has Been dismissed From Case

The 'Genuine Housewives' star and her alienated spouse, Tom Girardi, were sued in December 2020 for the benefit of a few families who had lost friends and family in the October 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 accident, with the gathering blaming the 82-year-old previous lawyer of taking their repayment cash to take care of credits to keep his law office above water and to subsidize a pamper way of life with the 50-year-old vocalist and-entertainer.

Nonetheless, Erika Jayne is never again part of the Illinois claim.

Court archives documented last week expressed: "According to specification, offended party's cases against respondents EJ Global LLC and Erika Girardi are excused without bias and without costs."

The archives will be refiled in California by the offended party, Edelson PC, yet Erika's legitimate group hailed the excusal as an "critical" move.

Her lawyer, Evan Borges, told E! News in an assertion: "While Edelson holds the right to re-fie in California, the excusal of Erika from the government claim that set off insolvencies of Girardi Keese and Tom Girardi is critical.

"For instance, the new three-day evidentiary hearing in the Boeing case showed that Erika played ZERO part in what GK and Edelson examined, did, and didn't do, regardless of whether as between one another or with respect to their customers. Indeed, I'm illuminated Erika's name didn't come up at the conference.

"I might want to see Edelson and every other person pursue the more responsible option going ahead and not make allegations against Erika without proof. We need Edelson to get the most over the top total image of the proof as could really be expected, and approve of additional examination. Be that as it may, reality matters. Here, truly Erika played no part in the Lion Air dealings, activities, or inaction as between the lawyers and their customers, and she never gotten any of the Lion Air customer settlement reserves."

A month prior to the claim was documented, Erika sought legal separation from Tom following 21 years of marriage.

In the 'Genuine Housewives of Beverly Hills' get-together last October, the 'Insane' vocalist demanded she hadn't attempted to depict herself as a casualty.

She told her castmates: "I have never said that I'm the person in question. I'm not a casualty. I'm basically enduring this. There is an extremely restricted manner by which I can articulate my thoughts, since we as a whole know all that will be dismantled, parsed and potentially betrayed me.

"To that end you see me reply in some ways.

"It is best in any of these circumstances to hush up. How did I respond? I decided to say exactly that as I could, I actually may have f***** myself up, okay?"
